In your organisation, there will be neurodiversity, colleagues that you work with may be Autistic, or have children who are Autistic. If you would like to make a difference to them and the families we work with here, a partnership with Transforming Autism could be for you.
About us
We are a team of dedicated and skilled volunteers and employees working every day toward supporting over 1000 Autistic children and their families by 2027. From our founder who is himself autistic, our Trustees, all of whom have a direct connection to autism and our 30 strong volunteers, we all have one thing in common, we want to make a real difference in the life of a child when it can make the biggest difference.
Partnering with a charity can be rewarding and motivational for you and your colleagues and provides a focus for team building and fun.
What we can offer
- Support you in your social responsibilities, promoting your support for Autistic children through our social media, and reporting about autism and our work.
- Provide training and guidance to you as an employer supporting autistic employees with an introduction from our inspiring founder to your teams.
- Deliver therapy-led online support groups for your employees who are also parents with pre or primary aged school children demonstrating autistic traits.
- Lunch and learn: We will also offer free training to you and all your team to understand more about autism, autism in the workplace and working with neurodiverse groups day to day to achieve the best results.
- We can also provide opportunities for your team to volunteer with our amazing organisation.

No matter how big or small, there are many ways to get involved; we can provide you with fun opportunities to team build and raise funds at the same time.
Volunteering opportunities
We are always looking for volunteering support and this is made easy because we operate online. We value volunteering support in areas of HR, Recruitment, Marketing, IT and Fundraising and just a few hours a week for 6 months will make a huge difference to us, and your colleagues will experience a unique environment to work with strong values and culture which they will be sure to want to share with you.
