How To Do It

Set up a Just Giving page

Ask people to donate to your challenge on our Just Giving page or even set up your own that's linked to ours (it's easier than you think - see these simple instructions).  For soliciting donations in person, you could use this sponsorship form!

Spread the word

Tell people about it! Whether via social media or in person make sure you tell people what you are doing and get donations in return for your sacrifice in those two weeks!

Progress updates

Make sure you share your progress on how your fundraising is going and how you find your two weeks for #giveitupforautism
