Tracy Pepper

Originally from the Northeast, Tracy is an experienced Charity leader, and Coach. She joined Transforming Autism in February 2024 from the young people’s Charity” Fight for Peace” where she was CEO.

Previously she worked as Education Director for Catch22 , where she developed and launched the Charities Alternative Education Schools network for children and young people excluded from mainstream schools including those with special education needs and with Education and Health Care Plans. She later became CEO of the Multi Academies Trust. She also worked with the Youth Development Charity Skills force.

Before that, she worked in the commercial sector in senior Operational, People and Customer Service roles.

Driven by strong personal values, enabling social change, people development and service quality she is passionate about working and advocating on behalf of children and young people (and their families) to ensure they can receive the support they need to live full and happy lives.
