Jihan Santamaria

Jihan is an investment professional with over 20 years’ experience in financial leadership and stakeholder management. Alongside her career, she has been actively involved in charitable work, including school governance and children’s mental health initiatives.

She has close family members and friends’ children who are autistic, which has given her a deep understanding of both the challenges and the huge potential of early support. Through her role at Transforming Autism, Jihan is passionate about helping families access the guidance and resources they need so that autistic children can thrive.
