Alex Westbrook

Alex is a qualified lawyer and private equity professional with 15 years’ experience across investment management operations. He trained as a corporate lawyer at a leading international law firm before moving in-house to join a venture capital firm as General Counsel and then subsequently Chief Operating Officer.

He now works independently advising companies and holds a number of advisory and non-executive positions across the financial services and technology sectors.

Alex has been a volunteer with Transforming Autism since 2022 and joins the board as Trustee and Chair. Alex was inspired to get involved in Transforming Autism after watching Guy’s TedTalk.

He lives in the Cotswolds with his wife Vicky and their two daughters.
